Monkee’s of Auburn

Monkee's of Auburn is an upscale ladies clothing boutique that opened their doors at the corner of Magnolia Ave. and Ross St. in February of 2012. Compass Construction took this 1915 house and transformed it into an elegant boutique with custom spaces for clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and point of sale. Glass shoe and jewelry displays surround custom clothing racks that allow the owner's to put their own elegant touch to the store. Compass worked closely with the Monkee's corporate designer to maintain the design intent of the corporation while also giving Monkee's of Auburn an unique retail space. Compass Construction started this project on the first of December and turned over the space to the owners on January 15th making the total start to finish time just at 45 days.
