1930’s Home Renovation

This project involved an entire renovation and addition of a 1930's home.  We doubled the original footprint of the house while replacing all existing wiring, plumbing and HVAC systems.  To expand the kitchen we had to remove an important structural corner of the home. The living area was accented with heavy timber framing and an painted brick fire place. 

Jeremy Clark of Compass Construction welcomed this atypical approach, and did a great job of working with me on this challenging project.
